Congratulations to Dan and Stuart for receiving Employee of the month! Dan took some time to tell us about how he feels after receiving this award.

“Being awarded Employee of the month came as a bit of a surprise! To be recognised for my hard work and teamwork was certainly rewarding! Having been with Kiwi for a little over 6 months now I still feel I have much to learn with in my role but I’m glad my efforts so far have helped the team and organisation.

Since starting I have settled into my role comfortably thanks to the support and guidance of the more senior members of staff. I have enjoyed working across the many different departments, working with team members with different backgrounds and expertise has only helped my confidence within my role and has allowed me to see different parts of what makes Kiwi so special. So, I just wanted to say thank you again to everyone Ive worked with for being so welcoming and I look forward to getting to know everyone a little more when we move into our new office.”- Dan Kibbey.
