I have been working at Kiwi now for 4 weeks, within the traineeships team as a work coach. I have been doing all sorts lots of different training from e-learning, learning the different systems we use, safeguarding and prevent and many more.

I have learnt about the process of everything and understanding the learners and how they work. It’s been a great time working with them and getting to know them better to help them with heir programme. I have enjoyed working with learners from the initial stage and seeing them through their programme.

Working remotely is new for me so I anticipated this would be a challenge, but I have embraced it. Everyone is supportive and welcoming in the team and collaborating with ideas is something I have really enjoyed. The company culture is positive, and I have interacted with many different departments who has also been so helpful and friendly.

For the future of my role, I am looking forward to interacting and building working relationships with organisations to help them and also help learners progress. Seeing the learners from day 1 to completing their course is going to be a rewarding experience and I am looking forward to that.
