My first month at Kiwi has been an exciting whirlwind, in which I have learnt so much already. Working from home whilst starting a new job has been a challenge and a new experience for me, but the support from the Kiwi team has been great and enabled me to feel settled quickly. This role has been especially exciting due to me being a part of the new Traineeship team and I hope to develop my skills, as well as providing some of my own expertise to this new team. I have been working with several new learners, due to the ever-increasing influx of interest in the Traineeships, which is great to see.

So far, managing my caseload has been a great responsibility, and managing how I work has suited me well. The job role has already had many aspects, which I admit has been good at keeping me on my toes! But overall, I have enjoyed and warmed to this new role/ team.

I look forward to developing this role into a successful career at Kiwi, in what seems to be an ever-growing company with many opportunities to excel.
