“Starting work with Kiwi was an exciting time for me. Learning new skills, meeting new people and helping people learn and progress in their careers. Doing all of this while working from home due to the ongoing pandemic was a new challenge for me as I have been used to working in offices. On my first day I realised most of the management of my work load was actually down to me, which was great to hear. I was quickly reading and marking learners work and helping learners gain qualifications in their desired area.

Now almost a month into my role, I am comfortable with my daily tasks and targets, now asking for more work because it is great to help others. I am looking forward to progressing in Kiwi, the company is expanding fast and it is truly an exciting time. Everyone I have spoken to during my time has been so kind and helpful, I am really appreciative of how welcoming and supportive the team around me has been.
