“I was a customer service assistant at ‘lock n store’ when the manager left, I went to apply for the role but was told I did not have the right qualifications, so I did not fit the criteria for the promotion role. My employer then gave me the information for the team leader/supervisor course, due to the course and provider being found for me it made it easier for me to just get involved.
The qualification helped refine my skills for emails although it was hard work and took 15 months; I enjoyed learning and improved my skills and knowledge in the sales department. Since qualifying I have passed Green on 3 mystery shoppers, which I would not have been able to complete before.
I started with a trainer called Tanya she was nice but sadly left and my new trainer Sarah was great and supportive and helped me pick it back up and get back into completing the qualification. I am happy I have finally gained the qualification and is a great aspect of my CV. I would rate Kiwi a 9/10” – Robert Brown, Lok’nStore
