“Prior to starting the course I was promoted to technical manager, this was the first time having people report back to me I was very strong in the technical side, but needed some help in the management side. My manager put me through to the qualification due to my interest in wanting to continue to progress. I had multiple trainers, Georgina and Sarah, who had different styles, Sarah was more direct and hands on. I found both trainers where beneficial. I had asked for help regarding time management due to getting lost in jobs so I asked for guidance and my trainers helped me improve massively. I am absolutely happy and glad I took part in the qualification as I can now more effectively deal with people and managers in my workplace. 8/10 rating.”
