“I was put through the qualification by my company, and to be honest I was not really looking for a course at the time but knew I needed to up my skill and knowledge to be a manager. I learned a lot more in the course that what I use on my current job so I really feel that the qualification will continue to help me further in the future. I improved massively on my management skills, and this will benefit me in promotions in the future. I had mainly 2 trainers through the course they were nice and helpful and easy to work with. I am incredibly happy I took part in the course as it covered everything I needed and way more which is even better. 9/10 rating would have been a 10 but at no fault of your own! Just would of preferred one to one, face to face, instead of zoom meeting but have the work with current situations.”
