‘Working towards a Level 4 qualification in Leadership in Management has not only helped to reaffirm my existing knowledge but also to learn and apply theories into my day to day work. Having not completed any qualifications since A-Levels, doing this NVQ has got me back into the habit of writing reflective accounts, recording my experiences and collating evidence. I now feel inspired to carry on and continue my learning journey and hope that this is just the first step!’
