“I found the course to be very informative and I have gained a lot of knowledge, however I found it very stressful at times and even thought about giving up. I cannot thank my trainer Kelly enough for putting up with me and not letting me give up and supporting me throughout, she was very approachable and I was able to contact her at any time and never felt I couldn’t. 

If I had any questions, Kelly would always provide me and put me on the right direction, she helped me overcome my nerves as the thought of the EPA was very scary however it really wasn’t as bad as I expected and I felt very comfortable throughout the discussion.  I never thought I would come away with passing and didn’t have a lot of confidence in myself and thought nerves would take over however not only did I pass I walked away with a MERIT!  Looking back I am so glad that I did not give up as it has paid off, thank you!”
